Article 400 of the Costitution of India with Case law
Article 400 of the Constitution of India does not exist.
The Constitution of India currently has 395 Articles divided into 25 Parts and 12 Schedules (as originally adopted), although the number has grown through amendments. There is no Article 400 in the Constitution, even after considering all amendments up to date.
✅ Clarification:
Articles 393 to 395 are part of the Constitution’s final provisions.
After Article 395, no Articles are numbered beyond that in the Constitution.
