Provision:

Any notice or document required to be served on a foreign company shall be deemed to be sufficiently served, if addressed to any person whose name and address have been delivered to the Registrar under Section 380(1)(d).
The service shall be either:
by post, or
by leaving it at the address provided to the Registrar.

The person referred to is the one who is authorized to accept service on behalf of the foreign company and whose details have been furnished in India.
