Section 223 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, (BSA), 2023
There is no Section 223 in the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (Indian Evidence Act), 2023. The 2023 Act has a total of around 170 sections, and many sections have been amended, repealed, or newly added compared to the previous Indian Evidence Act, 1872.
