Purpose
This section is designed to protect domestic and useful animals from being killed, poisoned, or caused harm, especially when it is done maliciously.
Provision
Whoever destroys, damages, or causes death to any cattle, horse, mule, sheep, goat, or other domestic animal,
Intentionally and with knowledge that it is likely to cause loss to the owner,
Shall be punished with imprisonment up to 2 years, or fine, or both.
