Section 123 โ€“ Concealing with intent to facilitate design to wage war

"Whoever, intending to facilitate, or knowing it to be likely that he will thereby facilitate, the commission of any design to wage war against the Government of India, knowingly conceals or fails to disclose the existence of that design, shall be punished with imprisonment which may extend to seven years, or with fine, or with both."
